Profile

Dr Ashour is a Graduate of the prestigious Kasr Al Ainy Medical College in Egypt. After training and obtaining his initial surgical qualifications from Cairo, he later travelled to Australia to complete a PhD degree in surgery.

Dr Ashour formally obtained his surgical fellowship from the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (RACS) after completng his training in Melbourne, Victoria. Following this he completed two years of post-fellowship training in General, HPB and Upper GI surgery.

Dr Ashours practice is largely minimally invasive surgery and I also perform a wide range of surgical procedures.
