Mr Jason Rockey  is a highly experienced Otolaryngologist - head and neck surgeon, who has dedicated his career to the treatment of a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions.

Graduating from Ireland and completing training in the UK, he provides comprehensive treatment to both adults and children. He undertook a Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and Craniofacial Surgery in Singapore and had completed  Paediatric ENT  training in the UK.Patients are referred to him as he is able to offer extremely timely appointments and excellent medical care. Mr Rockey has experience in performing thousands of procedures including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, grommet operations, rhinoplasties, nasal  and sinus operations.  All of his patients are treated with care and dedication.

Mr Rupasinghe earned his medical degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and completed his orthopaedic training there. BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
After completing her undergraduate medical degree at the University of Adelaide, Dr Ryan obtained a broad spectrum of surgical training in the UK and subsequently trained in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery in both London and Melbourne Australia. She obtained her Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2007. Dr Ryan went on to undertake further training in Paediatric Ear Nose and Throat Surgery in Auckland, New Zealand.

 

Dr Ryan is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and a Member of the Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (ASOHNS), the Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Otorhinolaryngology (ANZSPO) and the Australia and New Zealand Rhinologic Society (ANZRS).
Dr Ryan maintains her ongoing Continuing Professional Development through regular attendance at Conferences and Courses around the world. She sits on Hospital Committees and is closely involved in the ongoing education of medical students, residents, ENT Trainees and other medical colleagues.


PRIVATE PRACTICE
Dr Ryan consults private at “ENT Doctors” suites in Fairfield, Bundoora, Epping and Whittlesea. Private operating is performed at St Vincent’s Private Hospital in East Melbourne and Northern Private Hospital in Epping. All sites care for young children as well as adult patients.
Appointments for consultation and operations are available outside normal business hours to provide maximum ease of access. Onsite audiology is also available in order to streamline the patient experience and is bulk billed. Dr Ryan encourages patients to contact her highly competent office staff for any enquiries and is always available to colleagues for medical advice. In the event of an emergency Dr Ryan has a highly qualified team available 24 hours a day at the Austin Hospital in Heidelberg.

 

BEYOND MEDICINE
Caroline enjoys an active and busy life with her family including her husband and three children. She loves to travel, ski, exercise, read and spend quality time with her friends, family and pets.

Dr Sugitha Seneviratne is an Australian trained Plastic surgeon. She completed her undergraduate qualifications at Monash University in 1993 and after ten years of Melbourne based post-graduate training, became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in
2003. She is a registered medical practitioner, Plastic surgeon (MED 0001154659).

In 1996, whilst training in surgery Sugitha became a Faculty Member in the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology at Melbourne University and in 1997 was appointed a Junior Faculty Member in the Department of Anatomy at Stanford University in the United States of America. In 2001, she enrolled in a MD degree at Melbourne University examining the neurovascular anatomy of the arm and shoulder girdle. From this work, she has contributed a number of peer-reviewed scientific publications to the international literature.

Sugitha is highly trained and experienced in all aspects of plastic surgery ranging from cosmetic surgery to microsurgery. She is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and was the Head of Plastic, Maxillofacial and Hand Surgery Unit at the Northern Hospital for five years. In addition, Sugitha holds the positions of Honorary Clinical Fellow, Department of Surgery, Royal Melbourne Hospital and has held the position of Non-Executive Director of Clinical Governance (part time), Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Sugitha has a strong interest in research and education and is actively involved in training plastic surgical trainees at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and formerly at The Northern Hospitals in addition to the Department of Surgery, University of Melbourne at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Sugitha has been in private practice since 2007 and co-founded the formerly very successful Northern Plastic Surgery based in Essendon where she undertook plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. This was in conjunction with her ongoing private practice in Kew, formerly the established practice of Professor Donald Marshall which she had the honour of being asked to take over. In 2015, she co-founded NorthEast Plastic Surgery with Mr Patrick Tansley MD FRCS (Plast), Plastic Surgeon. Dr Sharma completed his cardiology training at the Northern Hospital. He then under took a one year fellowship in intervention cardiology followed by a second fellowship in cardiac imaging at St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne.
Dr Sharma has extensive experience in cardiology including general cardiology, valvular heart disease and all aspects of echocardiography (trans thoracic, transoesophageal, 3D/4 D, contrast and stress echocardiography). He has an interest in heart failure.
Dr Sharma currently holds a public appointment at the Northern Hospital consulting in heart failure and imaging (echo).
His academic interest includes the supervision and training of advanced trainees in cardiology.
Dr Sharma has also participated in research at the Northern Hospital and is a co-investigator in multinational trials.

Prior to 2015, Dr Sheard served as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Townsville University Hospital. After graduating with honours from University College London in 1995, Dr Sheard joined the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1999 and completed his Tr.& Orth fellowship in 2004.

He completed two six-month fellowships at the world renowned, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London in the joint reconstruction unit and spinal unit. He then gained fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2020.

Dr Sheard keeps his skills up to date by attending professional development programs and courses. He enjoys mentoring and teaching the new generation of trainee orthopaedic surgeons.

Dr Rizwan Sheikh is a Plastic Surgeon based in Melbourne.
