Background: Graduate of the prestigious Kasr Al Ainy Medical College in EGYPT. After training and obtaining my initial surgical qualifications from Cairo, I later travelled to Australia to complete a PhD degree in surgery.
Training:I formally obtained my surgical fellowship from the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (RACS) after completng my training in Melbourne, Victoria. Following this I completed 2 years of post-fellowship training in General, HPB and UGI surgery.
Practice: My practice is largely minimally invasive surgery and I also perform a wide range of surgical procedures.
